Selected abstracts will be featured as oral presentations during the Free Communications Sessions or as poster presentations throughout the congress.

Important Information
- Abstract Submission Deadline: January 15, 2027 (18:00 CET)
- All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Program Committee.
- Accepted abstracts will be selected for either an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
- Notification of acceptance of abstracts: mid February 2027
- Acceptance of an abstract does not include congress registration.
- Presenting authors must complete their congress registration by March 18, 2027 to be included in the scientific programme.

Patient Privacy/Clinical Photography
Photographs should always protect the privacy and identity of the subject. Eyes should be blacked out. If the photographs are not the property of the presenter, the source must also be declared. This prevents the use of photographic material without permission.
Oral Presentations
Selected abstracts will be chosen for an oral presentation during the free communications sessions. (No poster has to be prepared)
Poster Presentation
Abstracts selected for posters will be presented as posters at the poster exhibition during the congress.
Instructions for Preparation of the Poster:
The suggested dimension for your poster is DIN A0 (approx. 84 cm wide x 119 cm high), portrait format, in English language. Please allocate the top of the poster for the title and author's names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract. Don't forget to add your poster number, which you will receive once your abstract is selected as a poster.
Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the digital Book of Abstracts which will be available for download on the congress website and in the European Cancer Journal (ECJ).
